The 17th chapter of Revelation explains the setting of great Jezebel, the mother of harlots, Her activities and position on earth, and Her final destruction is declared as Mystery Babylon, and the abomination of the earth.
The Jezebel spirit of harlotry has been introduced to the world by the beastly Woman, Mystery Babylon. She becomes bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh: Demonically filled with His damnable nature so as to become His Wife in flesh and blood on earth. (Chapter 18)

Mystery Babylon consists of satanic endued human beings, and is not a certain church or nation. All who manifest a Babylonish spirit are related to Her.
She is carried upon the back of the Beast and sits upon many waters, or people...
Revelation 17:15
"And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues."
She is given power as a Queen to promote harlotry and idolatry. The Babylonish system has become a worldwide practice.
The political, religious, and commercial systems adopted through the Babylonian teachings, spring forth into a corrupted world: Corrupt politics, corrupt religion, and corrupt commerce.
Revelaton chapter 18 Verse 2
"And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird."
The strong voice saying, "Babylon is fallen, is fallen," refers to the destruction of the fleshly Babylon whom the Beast carried into the great Tribulation as His Wife, and She was destroyed by the ten kings, for God put it into their hearts to fulfill His will and to give their kingdom to the Beast, until the Word of God shall be fulfilled.

16. And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17. For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

The 18th chapter presents further details of Her corruptible character and actions which She practiced before Her destruction.

The call from heaven to come out from Her, my people, that you be not partaker of Her sins, is not only those of the future,but the call is for us in our day, who indulges in Her delicacies and worldly acts....
Verse 4 “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying,Come out of her, my people,that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
Verses 5-7 She was to be rewarded double for Her iniquities, for Her cup had been filled to the brim. She has glorified Herself and lived deliciously, and saith in Her heart that She is a Queen, and is no more a widow, and shall see no sorrow. This treacherous spirit is mingling in the spirit of many church goers today, saying, "I will follow my own way of thinking and will see no sorrow."

Revelation chapter 18 Verse 8 “ Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death,and mourning, and famine;and she shall be utterly burned with fire:for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.”

The city of Tyrus, is used in a natural literal sense to convey the spiritual,even as literal Jerusalem is used as the city of God to convey the spiritual Jerusalem,Revelation 21:10 “And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,” Mystery Babylon is called a city and is said to be the Mother of Harlots and the abomination of the earth.
This City, Mystery Babylon, like the City of New Jerusalem, is made up with human inhabitants. The corruption of this City is produced through the members of inhabitants which constituted the City.The dead stones and buildings of a literal natural city cannot produce such corruption as is characterized of Mystery Babylon, for this is a fleshly corruption.
The same language which is used to describe the righteous city New Jerusalem as a many membered Body,unified together for a habitation of God,is used to describe this unholy, corruptible city Mystery Babylon, describing Her as a many membered body, infested with all unrighteousness, and whoredoms of the world. She is classed as a Woman, the Bride of the Beast, even as the Woman of righteousness is classed as the Bride of Jesus.
Let us not visualize these Two Cities as material things such as stone and brick, but let us enter into the true sense of understanding which John saw in the Last Day vision. No city in the world can be built without the effort of the fleshly man. The filth and pollution of Mystery Babylon is produced through the sin cursed flesh and not the brick and stone which have no spirit life.
Therefore, Mystery Babylon spoken of as the Mother of Harlots, and the abomination of the earth, are the people who are infested with the embodiment of the rotten diabolic and corruptible spirit of Satan, constituted as a city.
The same principle must be understood in visualizing the City, New Jerusalem,as the Bride of Christ.The only difference is that the Spirit of the God of righteousness is embodied in these fleshly bodies, and It produces fruits of righteousness.
Consider the immorality of the future world, and know for an assurity that we have to make our stand for God or be swept into the damnable spirit of the Antichristal world. This magnetic spirit is gripping the spirit of many professing Christians even in this hour, until they can't refrain from following the Jezebel spirit which exists in both male and female.
Revelation chapter 18: Verses 9 and 19 Describes the merchandise of trade which is used in dealing with this Babylonian system set up by this Woman. She was the rotten head of all commerce at this time, with Her fornications, and dealings with all the merchants and shipmasters of the world. Satan began in the early creation of the world, to bring about this world condition, and to develop His Satanic perfection in Mystery Babylon the great.
She traded the merchants of the world in all manner of merchandise,even to the slavery and souls of men. Reveling in Her drunkeness with the blood of the saints, and martyrs of Jesus, She stood ready to accept anything that would bring pleasure to the fleshly desires and lusts of her worldly lovers. The whole world found the sweetness of pleasure as they indulged in Her harlotry.
She traded the merchants of the world in all manner of merchandise,even to the slavery and souls of men. Reveling in Her drunkeness with the blood of the saints, and martyrs of Jesus, She stood ready to accept anything that would bring pleasure to the fleshly desires and lusts of her worldly lovers. The whole world found the sweetness of pleasure as they indulged in Her harlotry.
Verses 9,11,15,19, shows the great sorrow, and the weeping and wailing because of Her destruction.
Verses 21,24 Demonstrates the violence of Her downfall as a millstone being thrown down and that brought an end to all activity that existed in Her, and the enchantment of Her evil sorceries used to deceive the nations. She was the means and cause of all the blood of the prophets and saints that was shed upon the earth.
The Babylonian spirit has been in operation from the beginning of the Ages, and will explode into a worldwide political Satanic warfare in the Last Day, and She will be destroyed by the ten kings who once enjoyed Her demonic blessings.
